Bo is a mentally ill individual with aggressive tendencies, if pushed over. He is known for making "Joe Mama" jokes, considering everyone shows true hatred towards him, therefore, to Bo. They aren't funny. You'll never be funny.
They are one of the Yakuza Kin Asylum members that have been invited by Euno. Typically being harrassed by him, most of the time, for a good cause.
